Admission Procedure

Admissions Procedure: The student has to appear Common Entrance Examinations EAMCET Conducted by State Government of Andhra Pradesh and has to qualify and join our college by electing our college in the counselling procedure in respective branch only if seats are available. Other wise the students can approach the management if he/she fulfils the minimum percentage in the intermediate as quoted by the Andhra Pradesh State Higher Education for the spot admissions. The admissions to all the courses are carried out under following two categories :

 

 CATEGORY  QUOTA
 STATE GOVERNMENT (CONVENER) 70%
 MANAGEMENT 30%

 

All admissions in the institutes are made strictly as per rules & regulations prescribed by the Higher Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The tuitions fee is charged as recommended by the State Government.

Structional Pattern:
The B.Tech. Degree Courses are offered in 4 academic years as follows :
I, II, III & IV years – Semester pattern with 2 semesters each

Minimum Instructional Days:
I, II, III & IV Years – 180 days with 2 semesters of 90 days each

Attendance Requirements:
75% attendance in aggregate for all subjects of I year and / or each semester Condonation of shortage of attendance upto 10% on medical grounds.

Promotion requirements:
Students will be promoted to II year and subsequent years if they satisfy the following requirements.

A student shall be promoted to II year if he puts in necessary attendance in I yr.

A student shall be promoted to III year from II year if he puts in necessary attendance in II year I & II semesters and also secures 56 credits from the regular and supplementary examinations of I year and from the regular examination of II year I semester.

A student shall be promoted to IV year from III year if he puts in necessary attendance in III year I & II semesters and secures 100 credits in the previous examinations.
